The whole Christmas table, fully plant-based
Our Christmas table is the result of years of recipe development – we've recreated the classics with no compromise on flavour. The 'pickled herring' is made from mustard-zucchini and saffron-aubergine, our Janssons skips the anchovies but stays full of umami, and the Christmas sausages are made from scratch in our kitchen.
Everything is delivered temperature-safe in heat boxes with clear per-dish instructions. You warm the hot dishes for 15–20 minutes in the oven, plate the cold – and celebrate.

Christmas table – what to know
- How late can we book the Christmas table?
- December books up fast – for dates between 1–20 December we recommend booking by October. For smaller groups (15–30 guests) we can often arrange even shorter notice.
- How does delivery work?
- We deliver complete in insulated heat boxes with setup instructions. All cold dishes are ready to plate; warm dishes go in the oven 15–20 minutes before serving. We can also come and set up on site for an extra fee.
- Is the entire Christmas table vegan?
- Yes – the whole Christmas table is fully plant-based. We use no dairy, eggs, fish or meat. A lacto-ovo-vegetarian variant with cheese and eggs is also available on request.
- Can you accommodate allergies?
- Absolutely. Gluten-free, nut-free and soy-free are no problem – let us know when booking and we'll label every dish clearly and adapt recipes where needed.
- Can we get a smaller Christmas table for fewer than 15 guests?
- For home delivery our minimum is 15 guests. For smaller groups we recommend our Christmas à la carte or booking the venue.
